LONG WINTER LETS - a special offer to get away from the cold dark days of northern European winters. Here in the south of France the winters are mild and very agreeable. It's just perfect for trips to the lakes, mountains and the many picturesque towns and villages of the area. The large hordes of holidaymakers are now gone, there's no traffic congestion - just sheer pleasure. Nature is extremely beautiful in the late fall, the winter and the early spring. Take advantage of the extraordinary attractive prices of our self-catering apartments and really get to know the French way of life. Stay with us for a month or two, or as long as you like. Contact by 'phone
	Probably the easiest and quickest way to make contact is by 'phone. From outside France you will need to dial the international code for France (0033), followed by; 4 67 23 32 60 From inside France, the number to dial is 04 67 23 32 60 - the same number with the zero added.

	Send an e-mail by clicking on the logo. Write the dates you would like to book, and for how many people. A confirmation e-mail will be sent, usually the same day.

The Small Print

Payment	Once your dates are reserved, you need to confirm the booking by sending written confirmation and 20% deposit. The remainder is due six weeks before arrival. As there can be no reimbursement for cancellation, you should take out appropriate travel insurance so you are covered for cancellation due to ill-health or other cause.
Electricity	The apartment is all electric, and all usage costs are included in the rental.
Linen	We provide bed linen, and some bathroom towels, although we advise you bring your own towels for the beach.
Breakages	We don't put an 'up-front' breakage charge on the costs as we know this can irritate people, but we do ask that you replace any broken items.
Holiday Dates	Bookings can start on any day of the week.
Arrival and Departure	We ask that guests leave the apartment before 10.00, and new guests arrive after 15.00. This allows time for our cleaners to ensure a fresh start for new guests. We will however try to accommadate any booking even if it is not a Saturday to Saturday. On departure it helps tremendously when our guests leave the apartments, particularly the kitchen area, in a clean and tidy condition.
