Home Page Accommodation Lamalou-les-Bains Activities The Region The Wines How to get here Booking Details		Residence Medicis Once the home of a wealthy French family, Residence Medicis was converted into tasteful apartments so that people visiting France could stay and enjoy this part of the country.

Welcome Residence Medicis stands back from Avenue Boissier, the main road that runs from the centre of Lamalou les bain, and is not far from the Mairie. The large welcome sign at the entrance to the drive helps you to find us.

		Car Park The drive leads to our large car park, directly in front of the house. During the summer, the trees and shrubs surrounding the car parking area offer welcome shade.

		Entrance It's just a short walk from the car park to the main entrance (below left). The photograph below right shows the exterior of just two of our apartments - one of the first floor apartments shown has its own terrace with balcony.

Booking Information There are two types of apartments to let:
Studios Suitable for two people the studios also have a kitchenette with modern appliances and a bathroom		One Bedroom Apartments Can accommodate up to four people and comprises kitchen and dining area, bathroom and 1 bedroom
All apartments have telephones and television. The one-bedroom apartments also have a washing machine. Prices include electricity, water, linen and towels.

One basic price all year round	STUDIO	1 BEDROOM APARTMENT
January - December	200 €	300 €

Payment is € (euros) Once your dates are reserved you need to confirm the booking by sending written confirmation together with 20% deposit in the form of a "Euro Bank Draft". The remainder is due 6 weeks before arrival, again by Euro Bank Draft. Euro Bank Drafts are quite straightforward and your UK bank will be pleased to help you to make the arrangements.
