rafting and other river sports
There are several rivers, including the river Orb
in Lamalou-les-Bains, suitable for canoeing or white water
rafting. Roquebrun, about 15 miles, has a very good water
sports centre (open April 15 – September 30) where canoes
can be rented. |

An open-air swimming pool, with small children's pool, is
open from the end of June thro' September. |

| Biking
France is of course famous for cycling with the Tour
de France. However, the area also offer many good off-road
circuits for those who love mountain biking. Lac du Salagou
(about 30 kms from Lamalou-les-Bains) is a wonderful place
for amateurs and serious bikers alike. |
