Booking Your Holiday
Booking could not be any easier. Decide the dates you
want and the type of apartment – one bedroom or
studio. Then phone, write or send us an e-mail to check
availability.
We will try to help as much as we can to make sure
your choice is available. We can also help you get the
best travel arrangements, the best routes, advice you
on the local facilities, where to go, where to eat.
Our aim is to make sure you get the most out of your
stay with us at Résidence Médicis.

adapted for wheelchair access.

HELPFUL INFORMATION |

Payment
|
Once your dates are reserved, you need
to confirm the booking by sending written confirmation
and 20% deposit. The remainder is due six weeks before
arrival. As there can be no reimbursement for cancellation,
you should take out appropriate travel insurance so you
are covered for cancellation due to ill-health or other
cause. |
|
Electricity
|
The apartments are all electric, and
all usage costs are included in the rental. |
|
Linen |
We provide bed linen, and some bathroom
towels, although we advise you bring your own towels for
the beach. |
|
Breakages
|
We don't put an 'up-front' breakage charge
on the costs as we know this can irritate people, but
we do ask that you replace any broken items. |
|
Holiday
Dates |
Bookings can start on any day of the
week. |
|
Arrival
and
Departure |
We ask that guests leave the apartment
before 10.00, and new guests arrive after 15.00. This
allows time for our cleaners to ensure a fresh start for
new guests. We will however try to accommadate any booking
even if it is not a Saturday to Saturday. On departure
it helps tremendously when our guests leave the apartments,
particularly the kitchen area, in a clean and tidy condition. |
